DESSERTS

INGREDIENTS:

• 6 tbl Hershey's cocoa
• 1 cup sugar
• ¾ cup evaporated milk
• ¼ cup butter
• 1/8 tsp salt
• ½ tsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS:

• Combine cocoa and sugar in a saucepan
• Blend in evaporated milk
• Add butter and salt
• Cook and stir constantly until mixture just begins to boil
• Remove from heat and add vanilla
• Serve warm

USES / NOTES:

• Use on chocolate ice cream roll
• Serve on ice cream or other desserts
