CHOCOLATE ICING
INGREDIENTS:
- 1½ cups sugar
- 4 tbl cocoa
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ stick margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine first 4 ingredients together
- Cook until a hard ball forms when dropped into glass of cold water
- Remove from heat; add margarine and vanilla
- Spread on cake while icing is hot
