SIDES

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 medium head cauliflower
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 to 2 tsp prepared ground mustard
• ¾ cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
• paprika

DIRECTIONS:

• Remove woody base from cauliflower
• Combine cauliflower with salt and 2 tbl water
• Cook in covered glass dish for 6 to 7 minutes per lb
• Rotate dish ¼ turn halfway through cooking
• Cover and let rest for 5 minutes
• Mix remaining ingredients and heat for 1 minute
• Spread mixture over cauliflower
• Sprinkle with cheese and heat until melted
• Sprinkle with paprika before serving
