SIDES
FROSTED CAULIFLOWER
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 medium head cauliflower
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 to 2 tsp prepared ground mustard
- ¾ cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- paprika
DIRECTIONS:
- Remove woody base from cauliflower
- Combine cauliflower with salt and 2 tbl water
- Cook in covered glass dish for 6 to 7 minutes per lb
- Rotate dish ¼ turn halfway through cooking
- Cover and let rest for 5 minutes
- Mix remaining ingredients and heat for 1 minute
- Spread mixture over cauliflower
- Sprinkle with cheese and heat until melted
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving
