SIDES

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 can onion soup
• 1 stick margarine
• 1 cup water chestnuts cut small
• 1 small onion chopped
• 1 cup uncooked rice
• 1 cup mushrooms cut small

DIRECTIONS:

• Combine soup and melted margarine in 2 qt casserole dish
• Drain and retain liquid from mushrooms and water chestnuts
• Put remaining liquid into soup can and fill to top with water
• Mix all ingredients in casserole dish
• Bake at 300ºF uncovered for 1 hour; stir occasionally
