SAUCES
HOT MUSTARD
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz dry Coleman's mustard
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix mustard and vinegar and refrigerate overnight
- Beat eggs add sugar and combine with mustard mixture
- Cook 5 minutes on high in microwave
- Stir
- Cook 2 more minutes in microwave
- Stir and refrigerate
- Serve cold
